My brother lives in these apartments, and I must say that since they have been remodeled and taken over by a new company, they are just beautiful. Spacious floor plans, a swimming pool, and a sandbox. There is also a new clubhouse that you can use. The new company really updated everything, and the apartments have great ammenities that are now included. I can't believe how different they look. It also seems like a much better area now that the old owners and renters are gone. The apartments are also income based on renting, which makes it a little easier to afford if you are looking for a spacious area.
